In this blogpost I’ll show you this year’s autumn and winter interior design trends which you can also use in your home. Which is crystal clear that this season is full with colors with depth, like navy blue, dark green, ochre, grey and black. Go ahead and give it a try :-).
1. Oversized flower pattern
Flowers are lovely, in this season they are large and mostly they show up in dark colors. If you find a wallpaper like this too much, try to spice up your interior with floral cushions or bed linen. What is important, that all other accessories should be simple, so the florals are in the center and find an extra color you can accessorize with.
2. Fringes
If you liked to add a hint of glamour to your home, try to add some fringe. Dark colored, silky, long fringes are trending now.
3. Velvet
Velvet reminds us of luxury and elegance. You just need one piece of furniture, like a sofa or lamp-shell or a drapery.
4. Navy blue
Navy blue is good for thinking, calms you, helps you to make decisions easier, but be careful how much you use of it. Don’t paint all your walls this color as it can be depressing, if you just highlight one wall or you use navy blue accessories that could be enough combining with light colors.
5. Black accessories
In this trend accessories should be black. If you are not a fan of black, then just use a little bit or you can create blocks. If you find a black sofa too much then go for a black coffee table or black lamp or black photo frames. I recommend in this case to combine black with white or any light colors.
6. Bright shapes
This is a cheerful trend with its bright colors. Different patterns can be mixed with each other, which can be a wall with wallpaper or a carpet or bedlinen, the most important is that it should give us a modern impact at the end.
