Wallpaper ideas
A wallpaper can give an addition to your room if you find the right pattern and use the right quantity. Just 1 roll can make miracles and makes your home unique. Nowadays it is trendy if you put wallpaper on just 1 or 2 walls in a room.
First of all make sure that the wallpaper you choose fits in the design of your room. It is easier if you choose the right wallpaper first and then the furniture.
A few tips I’m sharing with you:
In small rooms go for small patterns and in dark rooms use bright colors, this makes the room look bigger.
Vertical stripes makes the room look higher, horizontal stripes make it wider. Thickness of the stripes can make also a difference, avoid thick stripes in small rooms. If you use thick stripes on a wall it looks good if there are not too many doors or windows on the same wall as it cuts the stripes.
There are several wallpaper types, each type needs to be put on the wall differently so always ask for advise and if there are pattern repeats the seller will help you with the right quantity too.
Grey and dark blue
In this blog post I’ll write about grey again, but this time I combined it with a color which suits a male home too. This color is dark blue and this blog post is also for my male followers. Grey is a neutral color, it is great if you want to highlight a special object in your interior. Blue makes you relaxed, this is the color of trustworthiness and thoughtfulness. In a dark blue and grey combination it is better if light grey is used as it highlights dark blue more, but a little dark grey can be used as well :-).
Grey and dusty pink interiors
I was thinking that I will show you color combinations, this time I’ll show you grey and dusty pink, which is very trendy combination at the moment. Grey is a neutral color, it is great if you want to highlight a special object in your interior. Be careful with dark grey on the wall as in a big quantity at a dark place in your home it can make depressive feeling. This time I chose dusty pink. Pink makes you feel cosy and warm, it brings tenderness and relief in your home, and reduces agression. Pink combined with grey makes your home feminine and cosy.
