Laundry closet ideas

I've been working on to create a laundry closet, which is not a seperate room, more like a wardrobe, so I was thinking that I'm sharing with you some ideas.
The ideal is if you have enough space to create a seperate laundry room for all the items you need to wash and clean, but a lot of us don't have it, so we need to be creative.
What I do in this case is that I create a wardrobe, where I put all the necessary things, but it needs to be planed properly as you need to know the sizes of the items you'll put in and if there are washing machine and dryer you need to create an electrical plan too.
In this project I want to put the followings in the wardrobe: washing machine, dryer, hoover, brush, shovel, pail, mop, ironong-board, ladder, detergents, cleaning supplies, tools, suitcases, waterheater, and the water meter. This wardrobe will be enormous as this will go up to the ceiling (3.40 meters), so I can fit in a lot of things. Sometimes the washing mashine is placed in the kitchen or in the bathroom as there are no other options, but if there is a possibility to create at least a cabinet then it is the best solution.
I show you some ideas how you can do that.

Maximalist interior design

In contrast to minimalist design this style is dramatic, uses bold colors, animal patterns, geometric shapes, combines different materials: luxurious fabrics and metallics. It follows the concept that 'more is more', detailed patterns and decoration want you to take a look on them. Because of the lot of details you need to pay attention, that it can be easily to much, but that is the best in this style that you can use your imagination and creativity to find the right combination for yourself :-). If you don't like boring interiors, then this style is definitely for you :-).

This was my third time at Salone del Mobile International Furniture Fair in Milan, Italy. I love this fair, it gives me so much inspiration every year. Unfortunately the photos I took are not the best this year, but I still have some favourits I can share with you. It is worth to get ideas from the decoration too which is used in the interiors. I would like to highlight some topics: terra cotta color and living coral colors were everywhere, and they were also combined together. Terrazzo pattern is still very trendy, not only on tiles, but on furniture, on decoration and also on fabrics it is used as pattern. Jungle and leaf patterns are still very trendy, they were used on wall decorations, posters, wallpapers. Also a lot of potted flowers, plants, palms were used as every year, but not only real plants, also fake ones. This year Euroluce also took place, which is International Lighting exhibition with plenty of lamps. There will be 2 more posts about the Fair, I hope I can inspire you with all these beautiful furniture and lamps.
